ORE-Tool

Ontology Repair and Enrichment

The ORE-Tool supports the user to check and improve the quality of ontologies. Therefore it allows to detect semantic defects, e.g. inconsistencies in the ontology are detected and can be explained by showing the relevant axioms. TODO

The tool was created by Jens Lehmann and Lorenz Bühmann. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me.

Features

* SPARQL TODO
* detection of inconsistencies
* displaying explanations for those inconsistencies
* fine-grained explanations, e.g. only showing the relevant parts of the axioms to support a minimal semantic repair
* displaying impact of selected repair actions
* enrichment of an ontology by learning definitions and super class axioms
* guiding the user through potential consequences of adding those axioms
